No copilot panel
installed yet. Installed black vinyl to cover the ugly portions of the
cockpit and the motion system. Also, had to disassemble my base about
3 weeks ago, so I carpeted my Sim Room. Sim room is 16 x 18 feet with
12 foot ceiling
If I had it to do again,
I would have probably built the “cockpit” from scratch. Converting an
actual Beech 18 was (and still is) a challenge!

Flight Link Radio Stack
installed, not completely working yet tho!

Motion Base -
Galil card is just to the left, not permanently mounted yet. Need to find a
project box for it.
I quit using the Classicflight Motion System as the feedback wasn't
working the way it needed to be. I hired Mark Barry of
http://www.inmotionsimulation.com and bought a Galil
http://www.galilmc.com controller card
which hooks to the flight simulation via ethernet and Inmotion's software.

Single cylinder with the
http://spaceagecontrols.com string
encoder (blue) installed. This high precision position feedback is
mandatory for a quality motion base! I am very impressed with Space Age's
quality. I may change my flight controls over to their string encoders
also.
